a yoga + adventure retreat with Souljoiurn Yoga + Joanne Silver + Lisa Bermudez
During an extended Memorial Day weekend retreat, we spent 10 days in Peru where we practiced yoga, meditated, explored, and adventured. $500-$600 of every retreat participants retreat fee went directly towards supporting the Sacred Valley Project, a non-profit that helps girls continue their education. We had an opportunity to visit the girls and practice yoga with them!
