Through Yoga and Ayurveda, Lisa Bermudez helps women understand their energy, digestion, emotions, cycles, and nervous system so they can stop forcing themselves into the same routine every day and begin living in a way that actually supports them.

Many women have been taught to push through exhaustion, stress, hormonal shifts, digestive issues, emotional overwhelm, and burnout as if it is normal.

But nature is constantly changing and we are nature too.

Our energy shifts with the seasons, hormones, moon phases, stress levels, and different stages of life. Living in rhythm is about learning how to listen to your body instead of constantly overriding it.

What does it mean to live in rhythm?

Living in Rhythm is a Yoga and Ayurveda-based approach to women’s wellness that helps women better understand their body, hormones, nervous system, energy, digestion, and emotional well-being.

Together we explore seasonal living, moon phases, menstrual cycles, yoga, nourishment, rest, and daily practices that support the body instead of working against it.

Women who are menstruating can use this work to better understand their cycle phases and hormonal patterns. Women who are not bleeding can use the moon and seasonal rhythms as a guide.

This work is not about perfection or rigid routines. It is about reconnecting to yourself and learning how to support your body with more awareness, compassion, and balance.
