IN-PERSON OR ONLINE YOGA
A private session is perfect for anyone looking to elevate their overall quality of life, begin or maintain their yoga practice, or to work on a practice that’s specific to their personal physical, spiritual, or mental needs.
Privates may be held in a one-on-one or small group environment. They’re great for any special occasion, party, or celebratory event! A series of private sessions make a great gift for yourself or for a loved one.
Private Yoga sessions may also include:
meditation, pranayama (breath-work)
sound meditation with singing bowls
essential oils
Ayurveda education
Please note there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your session after the 24-hour window, you will still be charged for your session. If you have a package, one class with be deducted from your package.
