WHAT AND WHY?
Ayurveda is an ancient system of healing that views the body, mind, and spirit as interconnected and deeply influenced by the natural world. Rooted in balance and prevention, it emphasizes the importance of aligning with the rhythms of nature to maintain health. Seasonal cleanses are a vital part of Ayurveda, allowing us to reset, remove accumulated toxins, and restore harmony as we transition between the seasons. By honoring these shifts, we support our digestion, energy levels, and overall well-being, helping us to feel vibrant and refreshed year-round.
DO YOU NEED TO CLEANSE?
Have you ever tried to cook something in a dirty oven? Think of your digestive system like that oven.
Over time, things can get "stuck" or “sticky” and digestion eventually slows down, leaving you feeling bloated, heavy, gassy, and not feeling your best.
Ayurveda teaches that the right food combinations can help to reset your digestion and give your body a chance to reset.
Cleansing can help you hit that “reset button” on your digestion, habits, and overall lifestyle to create space for rejuvenation.
An Ayurvedic cleanse is not about being hungry or depriving yourself of the things you love.
It will help you focus on creating more space to show up for what you love in an energized, fulfilled way.
IT’S SO MUCH MORE THAN FOOD
Along with preparing clean and nourishing meals, you will also learn about dinacharya, or daily routine.
These practices help support your space for cleansing and will help you feel more energized throughout the day.
Some practices include: tongue scraping, oil massages, and meal spacing + scheduling.

THE SCHEDULE
WHAT TO EXPECT
The cleanse is 10 days long, with the first 2 days being a “pre-cleanse” and the last 3 days being a “post cleanse.” For the 5 days between, we will be on a traditional kitchari cleanse (CLICK HERE for a sample kitchari recipe - the cleanse will include more variations!). We will be enjoying real, whole foods, nourishing meals, and lots of focus on self-care.
You can begin the cleanse whenever you are able to carve out 10 days to dedicate to your health and wellbeing.
We suggest beginning the cleanse no earlier than the actual start date so Lisa can be available to you for support. However, if you wish to do it at a later date, you can begin any time as long as your day 10 ends on November 9th.
You will also have support from Lisa throughout the cleanse and she is available for Q&A calls and emails.
If you join live, you will have the option to join a live zoom call at 8am (Eastern Time) for an Ayurveda-inspired yoga or meditation class followed by a Q&A. These will all be recorded if you do not join us live and recordings will be available to anyone moving through the cleanse on their own dates. You will also have access to daily suggested practices and tips.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: I don’t know anything about yoga or Ayurveda. Can I still join?
A: Absolutely! You do not need to know anything about yoga or Ayurveda to join the cleanse. You will learn some basic Ayurvedic concepts to help you move though the 10 days with ease.
Q: Can I join if I’m pregnant?
A: At this time this cleanse would not be suited for pregnant women, but please join at a later time!
Q: Will I be hungry?
A: An Ayurvedic cleanse is not meant to make you feel famished or depleted. If you do find that you’re very hungry, there are some auxiliary foods that you can add to your diet during all parts of the cleanse. We can work together to make it work for you. You will be having 2-4 meals a day with no snacks between each meal, so you may feel a little hungry between meals. However, this is just information for you to allow yourself bigger portions at meals.
Q: I’ve done a few cleanses before and I always gained the weight back or fell into old bad habits after the cleanse. What makes this one different?
A: You will be eating real food, 3-4 meals a day, and working towards building a schedule that feels nourishing for you. The goal of this cleanse is to encourage nourishment and daily habits that focus on self-care. You will be creating more of a lifestyle than embarking on a fad diet. The habits you create during the cleanse will ideally carry out into your lifestyle after the cleanse.
Q: I have had some issues with eating disorders in my past. Will this be triggering?
A: For some, it may be. There is a focus on scheduling meals at certain times, but there is a focus on taking care of yourself that is more important than anything else. If you’d to join, please contact Lisa directly to discuss your concerns and together, you can create a plan that’s works for you while on the cleanse.
Q: Do you accept payment plans?
A: Yes! If you need to work out a payment plan, contact Lisa directly.
Q: Do I need to join the live meetings?
A: It is helpful to join the meetings so you can meet other people who are going through the same experience. Lots of times, people have questions about something that you may also be dealing with. It’s a great way to cultivate more support during the cleanse! However, if your schedule doesn’t allow for the online meetups, you are not required to join.
Q: Are there refunds?
A: There are no refunds for Reset to Rejuvenation.
Q: What can I expect to get out of this cleanse?
A: You can expect to feel more clear, light, grounded, and focused. You will have more energy and you will also create habits that increase self-love!
Q: Are any of the supplies included?
A: Any food, drinks, spices, ingredients, self care tools, or kitchen supplies are not included in your payment. However, you will find that you will most likely save a lot of money during the 10 days due to the organization, schedule, and nature of the reset!
