PEPPERMINT

Peppermint reminds us that this life can be full of happiness and that we do not need to be controlled by fear. She helps us to stay above emotions that tend to bring us down and wear us out. Peppermint has a way of giving us permission to dance through our day and rise beyond negativity and lower emotions. She helps us recover the joy of being alive when we’re feeling down, so it’s important to make sure we aren’t using her as a way to escape real problems and fears. Think of her as a “breather” or a “rest stop” when we need it and as an ally to join us when we need to reenter a difficult situation. Peppermint is that friend that holds our hand when we’re in the shallow water and need that boost to make it into the ocean.
