PRACTICES + ROUTINES + RITUALS + USES:
add 1-2 drops each of lavender, peppermint, and lemon to warm water with local honey to ease allergies
drop 1-2 drops onto your palm, rub hands together, and inhale deeply
add 5-8 drops to a bath with epsom salts
for any burn (sunburn or a burn from actual heat/flame), mix a few drops with coconut oil or fractionated coconut oil (coconut oil with no fat - so itβs less oily), and apply to burns
add to face lotions or toners to calm and freshen skin
mix with oils for your Ayurvedic Abhyanga Practices or into your lotions
