Lavender supports us when we experience any inability to speak our truth because of past experiences in our lives. She addresses any fear around expressing something, but withholding the deeper meaning of it. She helps us face our emotional honesty in all situations and communicate from this found truth.

PRACTICES + ROUTINES + RITUALS + USES:

  • add 1-2 drops each of lavender, peppermint, and lemon to warm water with local honey to ease allergies

  • drop 1-2 drops onto your palm, rub hands together, and inhale deeply

  • add 5-8 drops to a bath with epsom salts

  • for any burn (sunburn or a burn from actual heat/flame), mix a few drops with coconut oil or fractionated coconut oil (coconut oil with no fat - so it’s less oily), and apply to burns

  • add to face lotions or toners to calm and freshen skin

  • mix with oils for your Ayurvedic Abhyanga Practices or into your lotions
