WHAT THIS IS

Living in Rhythm is not another program you have to keep up with.

It’s a space you step into.

A space where we begin to understand your body through both:
– your hormones
– and the lens of Ayurveda

So instead of pushing through…
guessing…
or trying to stay the same every day…

you learn how to work with your body.

HOW IT WORKS

We begin together on April 30 2026

From there, this becomes an ongoing space you can stay connected to.

Each week, our live sessions are guided by the current phase of the moon, which mirrors the natural rhythm of the female body.

This means you can join at any time…
and meet yourself exactly where you are.

Inside you’ll receive:

  • Weekly live sessions (1–2 per week)

  • Teachings aligned with the moon + your hormonal rhythm

  • Practices including yoga, breathwork, and meditation

  • Lifetime access to all materials and recordings

  • A private space of women moving through this together

This work supports women who are experiencing:

  • low or inconsistent energy

  • bloating, digestion issues, or cravings

  • irregular cycles or hormonal shifts

  • feeling disconnected from their body

  • mood swings, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm

  • difficulty understanding what their body needs

It looks at your body as a system of rhythm, nourishment, and flow.

When those are supported, the body naturally begins to regulate.
